I love teaching people about their body while helping them develop a better connection and appreciation for themselves. ​

My health coaching journey began in 2009 while on deployment to the Persian Gulf with the US Navy. The long hours and stressful work environment forced me into the gym which was the only place I could be with myself. I built a routine that taught me how to perform a pullup and other mentally and physically challenging exercises. I made a point of going to the ship's gym everyday after my shift. This ritual was what I needed to help me get through my day safely and with as much of my sanity as I could. But it wasn’t until I found jiujitsu where I felt at peace and with purpose.

Fitness and martial arts has taught me the importance of self-care not only on the physical level but on the mental and emotional level as well.

​​​​​​​Fast forward 10 years, after many jiujitsu competitions and a bodybuild show, I transformed my life from being a sailor lost mentally and emotionally at sea to being a Martial Arts and Life Coach that helps people find strength not just physically but internally as well.

My mission is to help you tap into what you need to help you feel stronger and deepen your sense of self-worth and belonging so that you can show up as a leader in your community and in life.
